1. What we collect
- Platform users: username, email, and login activity.
- Leads: name, phone number, email, city/pincode and other fields submitted through Meta or Google lead forms, or uploaded via CSV.
2. How we use it
Lead data is used to route inquiries to the relevant campaign owner and, where applicable, to partner dashboards for follow-up. Platform user data is used for authentication and access control.
3. Who can see it
Access to lead and campaign data is restricted by role. Administrators can grant or revoke access to specific pages for each user.
4. Data retention
Lead and campaign data is retained for as long as needed for the business purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
5. Third parties
We share data with Meta and Google only as required to run advertising campaigns on those platforms, and with our own downstream lead-management dashboard for fulfillment.
