1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PixelPerfect DSP ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account access

Accounts are reviewed and approved by an administrator. Access to specific pages and features is granted at the administrator's discretion and may be changed or revoked at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only to manage advertising campaigns and leads you are authorized to manage, and to comply with all applicable advertising platform policies (including Meta and Google Ads policies) and applicable law.

4. Data handling

Leads captured through the Platform contain personal information. You agree to handle this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

5. Service availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party API changes (Meta, Google), or account suspension by those platforms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms or of advertising platform policies.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
